I heard about HCG from my friend. When I saw her
fo the first time after she started HCG, she had already lost 45
lbs. and looked great.
That prompted me to seriously consider using it
myself. I have been a runner all my life and even competed at a
college level. No matter how much I ran, I could never lose
weight. I just chalked it up to being over 40 and have a slower
metabolism. Last year I retired and decided to start doing
triathlons. Even with the extra training in the pool and on the
bike, I still had no luck losing weight. I knew if I wanted to be
competitive, I would have to lose 10-15 lbs. Also I had issues with
my knees hurting and alway feeling very sluggish.
I talked my husband into going on HCG with me for
just two weeks. I wanted to see how much I could lose and I figured
I could be disciplined enough to do anything for two weeks. In that
short amount of time, I went from 148 lbs. to 130 lbs. I lost 2
inches around my waist and 1 inch around my hips. I went from a
size 10 jean to a size 6. My knees feel great and I have a lot more
energy.
I have been off HCG for about 10 weeks and am
maintaining my weight of 130 lbs. I have also developed a much
healthier way of eating. Thanks HCG!!!
